The prestigious Wainhouse Research Collaboration Summit was held at January 30th, 2012, with attendance by Futurecom CEO, Thomas Pind. This time the conference took place in Amsterdam and had a very interesting line up of speakers. On the agenda was Nick O'Neill, Project Manager, Maersk Line A/S, speaking about the UC&C changes, the company has been initiating in the past two years. You can see the slides from Maersk Line about their implementation of Sharepoint and Lync, where Futurecom has helped with:

- Implementation of workflows in SharePoint, Infopath and Nintex

- Building and training a global ambassador network

- Planning and executing the organizational implementation

The summit provided lots of inspiration and motivation for further expanding the scope for UC&C adoption projects.

The 22nd of september 2011, Plantronics, Inc. has announced a new Simply Smarter Communications Strategic Consulting partnership agreement with Futurecom Business Solutions A/S.

Futurecom's CEO, Thomas Pind, was a speaker for Plantronics at their online event in London, "Back to Smarter work", the 21. of september.

Both Plantronics and Futurecom were thrilled to officialize their partnership in this interesting Live webcast about Smarter Partnering, Smarter Campaigning and Smarter Learnings.

Education is the third step in the Futurecom Organisational Implementation Model as illustrated above.
Education is a very important element of the change management model, because education has the potential to create real change in behavior.
Without the training, the employees often understand the vision through the communication, and get motivated through roadshows, street team and other activities, but do not take the actual steps to change behavior.
I experienced this myself, when we implemented a new project management system.

The seminar took place in Vejle, in Jutland, where Jyske Bank and EnergiMidt told about their experiences in terms of organisational implementation and user training to ensure success.
